We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.  There will be a $30 fee assessed for return checks.  If using a debit/credit card, there will be a deposit assessed on the card upon/prior to arrival. 

Yes, all return customers will get a 5% return customer discount off the total service bill.

Absolutely!  There is no greater compliment than referring us to one of your friends or family.  We do offer a referral program and you will be rewarded. 

If you feel that the movers did an excellent job, they will gratefully accept tips.

We are a business of honesty and integrity!  We all like surprises...just not when it comes to moving.  All charges, including the hourly rate and any travel fees, will be agreed upon prior to booking the move. 

We always encourage customers to check with the Better Business Bureau before hiring a mover. 

We understand that there are many variables involved in the moving process.  There is no fee associated with rescheduling or canceling appointments with notice of more than 24 hours prior to move.  However, we want to be flexible and respect your time, and ask the same in return. 

If you need to cancel or reschedule with a notice of 24 hours or less, there may be a 2 hour minimum assessed.
